Yes! This 28 Day Program is for everyone beginning or beginning again! There is review of the StrongFlight Fundamental 5 Movements: Squat, Lunge, Plank, Push Up, Bent Over Row BUT there are also fun intervals mixed in! It's a great way to regain your baseline without getting 'bored' or feeling redundant.
You can choose to do this at home, on the road or at the gym! All you need is a mat-like space and set of light to medium dumbbells as you progress. The entire program can be done bodyweight and as you advance. you have the option to increase weight!
Plan to set aside 30-40 minutes anywhere from 2-4 days a week, depending on your goals. Together in each recording, we do timed intervals with both fun bodyweight moves and traditional dumbbell movements with the focus on increasing endurance and creating safe, long lasting patterns.
All Workouts Are Low Impact!
You have the option to dial up or dial down your intensity every time you practice so that you comfortably create movement for life!
