When it's in the 80s it's 'Hot In Here', sun is out we are 'Walking on Sunshine' and drizzles mean 'I'm Only Happy When It Rains.'
Fun drills incorporate short sprints and longer dashes that you can customize using self pacing and scaling options.

Enjoy the outdoors with movement and friends! Every 45 minute class will challenge your endurance progressively over six weeks using bodyweight conditioning, intervals and lots of variety!
To get the most out of each class we recommend being comfortable with demi or half squats, planks on knees or elevated on a bench and being able to comfortably walk a half mile.
Example of common scaling options:
Burpees!

👇🏼You can choose the burpee tap back where your hands never touch the ground.
☝🏼You can choose to add a star jump at the top.
This class is ideal for active friends or couples that prefer different movements but want to workout together!
Yup! ***Including Snow*** Instances of extreme weather can merit cancellations, but remind yourself that 'there's no such thing as bad weather, just bad gear!' Extreme weather will be determined the morning of and either a video recording or a zoom link will be provided.*

Please note there is NO CLASS on Friday April 28! You will see this reflected in the Session II dates.
