As a frame of reference, most participants are currently comfortable with going for walks and light conditioning similar, but not limited to, modified push-ups or modified squats.

You will need one set of light dumbbells (3-8lbs) with the option, if you choose, to add medium dumbbells (5-12lbs). You will also need a non-slip mat for planks, pushups and stretching. An elevated surface for modified pushups or planks like a sturdy countertop or chair is also ideal to have handy.
No! If you were to take your height front to back and side to side, that is about the space you will need. (so, a 5' person can stay within approximately a 5'x5' space, or less, depending on your choice of movement) Our programing is specifically tailored to work better in smaller spaces.
No! All programs, including the Begin Again Body are based in Low Impact Movement. Occasionally there is an option to perform a high-impact variation for bodies that may enjoy them, but no program is dependent on high impact to achieve higher intensity. Your body should always have the choice to sprinkle it in, not be completely dependent on high impact.
